Before work begins
You may request cancellation before delivery capacity has been reserved or substantive review has begun. Approved cancellations are returned to the original payment method.
After work begins
Because services reserve technical capacity and may produce immediate work product, completed work and time already used are not refundable.
Scope concerns
If delivery materially differs from the written scope, contact support promptly. We will review the evidence and may correct the work, adjust the scope, or issue an appropriate partial refund.
How to request a review
Contact support with the order number and a concise description of the issue. Refund timing after approval depends on the payment provider.
