Each purchase covers the service description, quantity, and written scope confirmed for that engagement. Work outside that scope requires a separate written agreement.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for timely access, accurate information, authorized credentials, and decisions required to complete the work.
Payment and delivery
Prices are one-time charges in the currency shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after required access and scope confirmation.
Acceptable use and ownership
You must not use the service unlawfully or provide access you are not authorized to share. Ownership and licensing of deliverables follow the written service scope.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
